HOW HYPNOTHERAPY WORKS

 

Because the conscious mind makes up only around 10-12% of our total mind power, initiating change at the conscious level can be very difficult. By contrast, the subconscious mind encompasses the other 88-90%. This vast portion of our mind houses the unconscious life script (or “programming”) that influences virtually everything we do. And more often than not, we have things going on in it of which we have no idea, like limiting beliefs, blocks, fears, and lots of other faulty programming. If those aren’t congruent with our conscious desires—and most of the time they aren’t, it’s not hard to see which part of the mind will get its way.
